Acceptance
If you want to know the bottom line on acceptance, all you have to do is get along with everyone! Basically, that’s it!
We welcome everyone to come here and give it a try. We don’t guarantee anything, but everyone is welcome to see how this fits for them. If you get along well with others, you’ll be fine.
It’s also important that you are helpful and do your part. We will all have some tasks to do, simple things like cleaning, gardening and food preparation.
We start with a couple months, and then go from there.
After The First Couple Months
We require a couple months commitment to start, in order to weed out the looky-loos. We only want to work with people who are seriously considering being part of this community. It’s not for vacation. This is for community living, for people who are willing to take the time to see if this is a good fit for them. You will already know by this website and your intuition if this is worth giving it a try for a while. If you want to come for a short time, come for a retreat!
We will all know if it is going to work out after the first couple months. Then it goes on from there. Basically as long as you still get along with everyone and do your part, you’re in!
Obviously we all need to get to know each other and only time will make that possible.
Dismissals
The only way to get dismissed is if you are not able to get along with everyone or don’t do your part. If you are upsetting people or going against the few rules we have, then you will be asked to leave.
Click here to see our rules, there aren’t very many, they are pretty basic. We basically ask everyone to treat each other with respect and kindness. That’s all!
If you are dismissed, half your money will be refunded pro-rata with whatever time was left that you had paid for. We won’t keep your money if you can’t stay, don’t worry! Same with if you decide you don’t want to stay and this isn’t for you.
